15-DAY RETURN POLICY
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the product you’ve purchased, you can return or exchange it within 15 days from having received it. You will be responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping. Once we receive the article, we will check to make sure it is in perfect condition, after which we reimburse you for the total cost of the purchase of the returned article.
STEPS TO FOLLOW WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT
When returning an article, send an email to email@example.com to advise us of your incoming return. Include the shipping details from your shipping receipt.
All returns should be sent to our office: SAMPLE MINDS SRLS, VIA MAJORANA 33R, 16166 GENOVA.
Keep the shipping receipt.
ARTICLES CAN BE RETURNED IF:
They haven’t been worn or washed (though articles may be tried on in order to determine fit)
All tags are still attached
All articles of the product are returned (for example, both elements of a pair must be returned)
The shipping receipt has been kept in the case that the return shipment goes missing.
IMPORTANT: Send us an email before shipping returns so that we know who is sending back what. This allows us to more quickly and easily get through the return process and reimburse you.
